Cape Fear Museum closes for renovations: The Cape Fear Museum will close 12/31 at 5pm to begin construction on Project Grace — the installation of new exhibits and artifacts. This project will take approximately seven months to complete.

New season of Enchanted Airlie lights up Wilmington: The ‘Enchanted Airlie’ light experience has been in Wilmington since 2005 and kicked off its 2025 season this month with a bang! This event will run 12/1-12/21 where you can take a self-guided tour with holiday lights and music.

Lil Jon to feature at 2026 Azalea Festival: Wilmington is ready to “Get Low” with Lil Jon in 2026! The festival just announced Lil Jon as the first headliner for next year’s festival, expected to take place in April.
