Thursday, June 5
Fireworks by the Sea and Boardwalk Blast at Carolina Beach: It’s that time again! Head on down to the boardwalk for a live musical performance and a beautiful fireworks display to cap off your night! Stop by from 6:30-9:30pm.
17th Annual Port City Music Festival at CAM: Find some class and culture in the same place at Cameron Art Museum! Stop by from 4-6pm for a community master class — the show begins at 7pm! Registration is required.

New Boombalatti’s location coming to Carolina Beach: The home to your favorite sweet treat is celebrating their anniversary with a new location! The family-owned business hopes to open a fourth location in Carolina Beach, and a fifth later this year on UNCW’s campus.
Famous yacht back in Wilmington: The “Skyfall” yacht — the famous 191-foot-long vessel — is back at Wrightsville! The luxury yacht was named after the James Bond film and was even used as a set for several key scenes. Keep an eye on the water this summer to get a glimpse of the beautiful boat that calls Wilmington home for the summer season.
Southern Living says Wilmington “just keeps getting better.”: Wilmington was listed as one of Southern Living’s “Dreamiest Cities to Live in the Coastal South.” Southern Living noted the growing Cargo District and new flights in and out of the city for just a couple of the ways Wilmington is on the rise!
