Leanne Morgan’s locally filmed Netflix special premieres: Comedian Leanne Morgan finally released her Netflix special “Unspeakable Things”. The special was filmed during a live performance at Wilmington’s Wilson Center and is now the number one show on Netflix.
New Carolina Beach pizza shop now open: Riko’s Pizza is now open in Carolina Beach! Riko’s offers a crispy, thin-crust pizza that is loved by all ages. In addition to their pizzas, they also offer oven-roasted wings, appetizers, and other signature dishes.
Documentary about famous local artist set to premiere: “Minnie Evans: Draw or Die” premieres in Wilmington this Friday and will tell the story of Minnie Evans, a self-taught artist born in Pender County. Get tickets today to see the film at Thalian Hall.
