Spooky Double Feature Night at Thalian Hall: Catch some scary cinema at Thalian Hall! Watch a double feature of “Night of the Living Dead” and “Day of the Dead”, beginning at 7:30pm. Tickets for single screenings are also available!
GenY and GenZ Party to the Polls Blast at The Greenfield Event Space: Local election day is coming! Stop by for voter information, an open mic, a DJ, food, and more. The party starts at 6pm!
Halloween Music Bingo at Flying Machine: Listen to some thrilling music from 7-9pm for a chance to win prizes, beer, food, and more! The best costume will also win a prize.

Halloween Party at Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar: It’s a monster BASH! Join Cloud 9 for a special Halloween party, including themed shooters, drink specials, and a costume contest! The party starts at 4pm.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show Interactive Experience at Bottega: You should be shivering with anticipation! Bottega is kicking off the night with live music and ending with an interactive viewing experience of The Rocky Horror Picture Show! The event starts at 7pm.

Noche De Muertos DJ Party and Costume Night at Tequila’s Waterfront: It’s the night of the living dead! Party the night away with DJ Rizzy and DJ Spooky Kid at this adult costume party! Get your ticket today.
Music & Mimosas at CAM Cafe: Brunch it up at CAM! Sip on a mimosa, listen to live acoustic music, and enjoy CAM Cafe from 10am-2pm! The museum is open from 10am-5pm.

SNAP benefits halted in Wilmington on November 1: SNAP benefits, informally known as food stamps, are paused in Wilmington and surrounding areas beginning this Saturday, 11/1. However, there are many organizations in Wilmington offering food services, including Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, Good Shepherd Center, Salvation Army, and more. Read more at the link.
Wilmington to host annual music festival: Port City Blitz is coming to Waterline Brewing next weekend, 11/7 and 11/8. This is the festival’s 7th year and will feature dozens of bands, including the Chapel Hill headliner, “Superchunk.”
