Friday is September 11. Cape Fear Community College's North Campus holds its Patriot Day Remembrance Ceremony at 8:30am, and the Battleship North Carolina will glow red, white, and blue after sunset — visible from the Riverwalk. Take a moment if you can.

Night Market at Bigger's Market: Bigger's Market, 5-8pm. Bigger's teams up with Riley's Army for this month's Vendor Market — 10+ local vendors, live music, a food truck, backyard bar, and the season's first pumpkins and mums.
Friday, Sept 11
Peter Revello: Dead Crow Comedy Room. Seen everywhere from social media reels to "The Tonight Show" — 7pm & 9:30pm, $24-$36. Also playing Saturday.
🎪 Wilmington Goth Fest 2026: Barzarre – Beer, Spirits, Tacos, Hookah & Music. Kick your weekend off dark and loud. Friday, September 11-Monday, September 14 • 6 PM-12 AM
Seraph Brass: Beckwith Recital Hall (UNCW). Acclaimed all-women brass ensemble, 12th season. 7:30pm, $14.
Audio Archives: The Eagle's Dare, doors 7:30pm/show 8:30pm, $10 presale/$15 door, 18+. Five-piece cover band playing hits from the 70s to now.
Saturday, Sept 12
Port City Jerry Day: Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, 5-10pm, $12.50. 8th annual United Way of the Cape Fear Area fundraiser — headliners Splintered Sunlight plus other Dead cover bands.
American Craft Walk: Downtown Wilmington, 10am-5pm, free. 100+ artists and crafters — probably the area's biggest outdoor art sale of the year.
Koe Wetzel: Live Oak Bank Pavilion, 8pm. Lawn tickets from $62.
🎪 Bourbon, Bluegrass & Brews Festival: Waterline Brewing, 1-6pm, free. Bourbon tastings, barbecue, live music from Folkstone String Band and Massive Grass.
🎪 Feast of the Pirates Fest: Belville Riverwalk Park, 10am-4pm, free. Vendors, pirate re-enactors, a sword-fighting arena.
Fuzz and Mac album release: Reggie's 42nd Street Tavern, 7:30pm, $12.50. Veteran Wilmington artists (formerly of The Organix) drop new album "Heide Drive."
Sunday, Sept 13
Mike Campbell & The Dirty Knobs: CFCC Wilson Center, 7pm. Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers co-founder, new album features Kate Pierson (B-52s).
GrrrlBands Showcase: Reggie's 42nd Street Tavern, 6pm doors/7pm show, $18. Three acts covering Blondie, Mazzy Star, and Smashing Pumpkins.
